  • Submit the required documents the wait for a few days while Uber orders a background check for you
  • Wait for your documents to be checked then you are good to go!

For bycycle:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • When signing up, make sure you choose 'Bicycle' under transportation method.
  • Photo ID: Passport (from any country), Driving licence (only from EU and UK), EU citizen/identity card
  • Bank statement dated within last 3 months

NOTE: The Onboarding process is faster if you use bycicle to sign up. You can then add a vehicle to your account and have it verified much faster.

For car, motorcycle:

  • EU/UK driving licence front and back
  • DVLA electronic counterpart check code (if using a UK driving licence)
  • Bank statement dated within last 3 months
  • Car insurance certificate
