The best days of the week for food deliveries are Thursday to Sunday. The busiest times of the day are between 4PM and 11PM.
- Payment per hour varies between £13 on the low end and up to £20 during rush hours
You are your own boss so you choose how much you want to work. A few hours in the morning, evening, weekend, or when you need some extra money, turn on the app and you can make a decent payout.
How does the onboarding process work?

- Click one of offer buttons and register a new account on the Deliveroo website.
- Enter your email,personal details and select the vehicle you want yo use.
- You can choose betwee Bicycle, Motorbike, Scooter or Car
- Wait for your documents to be checked then you are good to go!
NOTE: The Onboarding process is faster if you use bycicle to sign up. You can then add a vehicle to your account and have it verified much faster.
Due to the active offer location, the process will be fast tracked until a certain number of riders join.
Documents you will need:
For bycycle:
- Be at least 18 years old
- When signing up, make sure you choose 'Bicycle' under transportation method.
- Photo ID: Passport (from any country), Driving licence (only from EU and UK), EU citizen/identity card
- Bank statement dated within last 3 months
For car, motorcycle:
- EU/UK driving licence front and back
- DVLA electronic counterpart check code (if using a UK driving licence)
- Bank statement dated within last 3 months
- Car insurance certificate
